Terms and Conditions – Childhood Centre

By enrolling your child in our Woodworking and STEM After-School Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Safety & Risk Awareness

  • Our staff will provide clear safety instructions and guidance on how to use tools and equipment properly.
  • While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, woodworking and STEM activities involve some inherent risks.
  • Parents acknowledge that there is a possibility of minor injuries (e.g., cuts, splinters, bruises) and accept this risk.

2. Child Responsibility & Conduct

  • Children are expected to listen to and follow all safety rules provided by instructors.
  • If a child fails to follow safety instructions, we reserve the right to restrict their use of tools or participation in certain activities.
  • The Childhood Centre is not liable for any accidents or injuries caused due to a child’s failure to follow safety rules.

3. Supervision & Staff

  • Our instructors are trained to deliver safe and engaging sessions.
  • Children will be supervised at all times during activities.

4. Medical Conditions & Emergency Care

  • Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the first session.
  • In case of an emergency, we will administer basic first aid and contact parents immediately.

5. Pick-Up & Drop-Off

  • Parents/guardians must ensure timely pick-up of their child.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Fees are non-refundable unless the club is canceled by us.
  • If a child is unable to attend a session, we are unable to offer a refund or makeup session.

7. Photography & Media Consent

  • We take photos/videos during sessions to share learning progress with parents and showcase activities.
  • These photos may be shared:
  • In the private club group for parents to see their child's progress.
  • If you do not consent to your child’s photos being shared, please inform us in writing before the first session.

By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
